A million Times is an ongoing project that presents clocks as art objects unleashed from a solely functional existence. The hands of multiple analogue clocks are programmed to move independently and in formation to perform abstract, dance-like choreographies, before synchronising once each minute to accurately tell the time in a digital typography. Marrying conceptual enquiry with technically challenging design and engineering processes, A million Times is not so much about time-telling as it is about designing the passing of time.
A million Times 72 is made with Corian, a stonelike solid surface material and available in either white or black.
Lead time: 3 months
